I'm not counting my chicken's before the hatch. This stock is the mother of all disappointments.

The Federal Court will likely rule NOPTA to make a decision.

Which will likely be a big fat NO, and then this process will start all over again.

Happy for people to show me otherwise, but the track record for this over the last 4 years shows me this poor little stock just doesn't have the universe on it's side.

There was so much reasonable discussion here from both people for and against this stock, and then it's free fell 50% in a day.

Conversely, it got speeding tickets for going up 40% in a day.

All the while, there were secret ministries going on ?!?!

Gosh, BPH has had a historically miserable run. The misfortunes this company has faced almost feels like fiction.

I really hope BPH gets a win, she deserves it.

Also, kudos to David Breeze for having the resilience to hang in there. What an epic shit storm this man has had to endure and remain professional through. He's done so well.
