The court has no jurisdiction to make a decision on pep11.

Courts only interpret law. Was the law adhered to or not.

Here the only scope. was the process fair?

I've been plaintiff in two county court and one supreme court litigations.

No lawyer or barrister did my case as self represent litigant and I was successful each time.

I know all bits - from pleadings, particulars, discovery, subopenas to interogetories and expert witnesses.

Hear we may have a judicial resolution conference JRC

This is a mediation, but with the judge mediating.

It's reasonably new as traditionally the mediator was not the judge.

Sucessfull resolutions with JRC are high.

If this occurs the mediating judge would not be the case judge.

As hoodlum mentions, the basis is, this should not take to long and not be too complex.
