Hoodlum - the enthusiasm is for exactly what u have described. The process has started - it is no longer in the hands of the government to continue the delay. Both sides will be able to put up their arguments to the judge and have the judge make the decision to apply a time limit.
The fact that a DATE has been given for the beginning of the END of long wait for a decision is what I/WE are excited about.
No matter what anyone says -
DUE TO THE COURT ACTION AND THE FIRST HEARING DATE (be it to say hello how’s lunch when’s dinner) BEING CONFIRMED BRINGS ALL OF US CLOSER TO A DECISION.
