If you think about it.... what defence does the government have??? How much longer time are they going to argue for? Are they going to argue that they can sit on it indefinitely??? That the Court has no jurisdiction???
And I dont see this taking soooo long - whether it be mediation or actual judge ruling. Its either a YES or no to 45 days. If no - then how many days do you want?
Anyways... we shall see in the next 7 days what happens and hopefully some 'comments/instructions' from the Judge on Wednesday!
