A lot of time and effort by the Government into something that had they done their job a year ago no one would be worried about now.
The interesting thing for me is the model litigant policy by which the Government has to adhere to.
I'd like to know who within the Government makes the call on the action that needs to be taken based on this policy. In my mind as soon as the Government spends one cent of litigation they fall outside of that policy and should be held to account.
