BPH has gone to court to seek a decision because of deliberate delays of over 18 months by the JA authority and failure to make a decision and some here are saying that the judge is going to say 'OH ok I can see this delay is hurting both the companies involved and the shareholders (Remember the options if taken up are worth $15 million to the company) and so I will allow this sore to fester for up to another 6 months just to add more pain and loss"
Sorry I don't think this will be the case and I am hopeful that the judge will fast track a quick decision for everyone concerned .Win or Lose OMO
