The only play the Govt have IMO is to tell the judge He/Fed Court has no jurisdiction in this request. I have NOOooOOo idea how they do that cos from my point of view - the whole Judicial Review Act is set up for situations like this.
Apart from that defence - HOW can they object to a 45 day time limit?
