Can the judge overrule the JA?
The evidence in the first court case would have had
KP’s posts saying that he was going to approve Pep11.
Can the judge rule that given the excessive time taken
for the JA to make a decision, that the judge will make the ruling decision on Pep11 based upon KP’s decision?

This whole saga began when the judge “trusted” that it could be sorted out responsibly according to law.

The judge could have ruled many other ways but chose to
rule in favour of the mediated agreement.

Will the judge trust the defendants again?
