I would summise once they had NOPTAs advice and subsequently brainstormed resulting scenarios they realised they had nada. I am of the thinking that yes....they just sit still until someone forces action ( if at all )
Quite frankly it annoys me some that it's taken til now to force the Gov hand and Oppy holders are still possibly in the poo.
