So are you saying that the govt can say whatever it likes to the court and then go off doing nothing? So the govt is above the law? Separation of powers do not give one party unfettered powers to keep making decisions or actions as it sees fit.
As googs says over there ------> we are not lawyers/judges and the like. But there has to be consequences for a GOVT who does not follow a court order - especially one that the GOVT has agreed to in a Consent Order.
