    This case is about time, not a decision firstly.

    The judge will look to see if there are prohibitive factors for the delay.

    If none, will find them guilty and most likely issue a 45 day order.

    Now if the judge thinks 45 days is too kind, he has power, being a court order to make it 30 days for example.

    Now in the consent order from the last proceeding, the government has followed the order. See the order is followed as it never specified a time.

    Asset energy at that time, esp considering back then they had waited, should have asked for time in it.

    The government is not above the law, if they are found guilty it will be proven they are not.

    DB should have taken this action 6 months ago atleast.

    I doubt the gov declines, because when scomo knocked pep11 back, if there was a lawful reason, they would have used it in there defence last time.

    There have been no law changes to opggs or environmental in that area, to conclude anything other.
