The consent order should be specific as the NSW Gov is likely to satisfy the consent orders and make a decision.
Asset needs to be extremely specific on the outcome expected in the 30-45 days.
A final decision back to NOPTA from the Federal gov is a minimum as the power to override should NSW play any games. Rem NSW has plenty of political time up their sleeve, the feds dont.
Anyway will be interesting how they handle this.
