dont know the process as well as you seem to.. as I was wondering why there has been no submission from the JA as yet... and yes there is tomorrow and even the morning of Wednesday to lodge.
And I agree totally with your final thought - ie Government will not (CAN NOT IMO) fight this. I can see no defence to it - unless they say ... uuummmmm ummmmm ummmmmmmmm..... anything else?????
