If you view options as an in the main extraordinay exercise I can only presume you have none.
Options are purchased with a realistic expectation that they can be exercised. That is their point. The exercising of options also raises money. Yes options like any stock can be traded.
Those who buy options with a view to turn then into heads ought not be deprived of that opportunity due to scandalous ne illegal actions. Under normal conditions exercising options is a legitimate choice of their holder. In a false situation such as exists the right...emp..RIGHT... to exercise may be extinguished via nefarious and conspired actions of unfair governance. It could be said to deny the options is to condone the Government's dastardly ruse.
Those who bought options paid money , just as anyone buying heads. That should be respected.
