I was definitely one asking for DB to take action early on but your point is valid. We had to get to a position to be able to prove unreasonableness which I think everyone and their dog now agrees we have reached.

I also think that the lack of understanding of the initial court date (even though Mode and other explained it as simply an administrative hearing rather than a hearing that would achieve an outcome on PEP11) by some on here has added to the frustration. You know how it goes when you expect a decision but only get another court date 7 weeks down the road, frustration would be a justifiable emotion.

The bottom line is, as hard as it is for someone as impatient as me, that we have dates in October now that will progress the saga forward in some way shape or form, and I still hold out hope that the Government will choose to not proceed to those dates and make that announcement any day between now and then.
