I was thinking the same... but just in case the FEDs had an ace up their sleeve to get it dismissed!.... I will trust Ensign Legal and DB.... I think most people having a whinge are just ankle biters - im happy to say IMO - DB and Ensign had this worked out from a while ago and have now got it to the courts where it belongs at the RIGHT time and I am sure they will come out of it with the right order!
