Also 21st October is when Asset must submit their discovery request to court.

So....

A. 9/09 - Zalis Final Monday/week (?) to bring the Bill back to the floor of parliament to be debated. If not the bill lapses.

B. 30/09 or thereabouts - shareholders meeting to vote on BPHOB

C. 14/10 - JA to submit their evidence to court

D. 21/10 - Assets discovery request

E. 28/10 - Asset to submit evidence

F. There are other dates after 28/10 but is based on when the TRIAL date is scheduled.

G. Trial date - unknown but can not be before December due to item F above.

Lets get to Item C - probably the most important MILESTONE of all.
