This is becoming alot more clear to me that the only reason we are delayed on a decision is because

1. The media BS and political side of it has caused a delay or attention.
2. Hence Pitt was going to approve it all along but now is waiting for all the right processes and boxes to be ticked that way he has a solid card to throw when he receives backlash from the anti everythings. It's just seems to be obvious scenario here. There's no reason for them to reject it because some peanut in nsw parliement isn't thinking logical or worried about his votes. Simple as that
