B this is bordering on outrageous.
I think it adds weight to the conspiracy theory of a Santos like body in the background cosying up to the Government in some type of back room deal to delay PEP11 for their own nefarious reasons.
If you look back through all the articles the narrative around the need for gas both in Australia and on the East Coast has never changed and yet the solution is never mentioned in the form of PEP11.
These pollies are as dumb as they are brazen and I only hope that this court action creates some level of accountability in a Government system that is now officially taking the pi55
