The fact she had powers to approve, held onto it for a year or so and talking about how we need Gas but she didn't tick off it goes to show there's bias and political play behind the scenes.
Easy for the Judge to work out that there's bs going on and to force them to approve or not one way or other!!
Not, then we'll see you back in court where Judge will grant approval like last time!!
Or just bloody approve the thing asap and keep the nasty corruption under cover.
