Hey Whooska1, I think you might be on the money there (pun yea). I have been thinking, Anal/ Scomo and whoever else that are in the know as well as media bosses have been colluding because this lease could be a major upset to the projects that are already in the pipeline (pun #2). Imagine the fallout these pr#@ks will suffer when all their theatrics comes to light. I have my doubts our 'leaders" are not going to rollover. They have too much face to lose. If the public found out how simple a solution was at hand?
To me this is a no brainer, but why the resistance?
