There is a reason why your suggestion receives no support, it simply isn't necessary.
The public has virtually role to play, they don't need education.
The company has taken the necessary steps to compel the Joint Authority to do what should have done last year, make the decision.
Ads in the paper would never have achieved that, would have been a waste of money then, and would be a waste of money now.
