No, I disagree. This isn't politics, which you constantly allude to. This is a basic administrative decision. It's no bigger deal than a parking officer working out whether to put a ticket on your car. Did you put a coin in the meter? Yep. Has the meter expired? No. It's that simple and I truly don't care if people want to try and make more complex than it is. It simply just isn't.
