That has the feel of a personal vendetta, vexatious behaviour. If the post was deemed appropriate at the time of posting, only someone with an agenda would go back in time and seek moderation. I think you would have strong case that the person seeking moderation of those posts is indulging in vexatious behaviour, and if it is the individual themselves arbitrarily choosing to moderate posts without an actual report being lodged, then that person has totally overstepped the mark, abused the power granted by HC to adjudicate on whether a post breaches TOU. The only way to put an end to this abuse of power and vexatious behaviour is to submit a formal complaint.
