Buy Chicken, Eggs or Beef from the Suppliers as close to the source as possible.
Avoid Takeaway except a Real Local small Takeaway shop & get a Burger with the Lot with Beetroot.
Avoid Supermarkets etc as best you can.
Get a Real Water Filter. Important.
May last dentist visit was 1996 & the last Dr visit was 2000.
No pills any day at all. No vax. Stuff that.
They never turn off. $$$$$$$$$
