Hi Jockr---------------- I see it this way;-
-Anyone who bought/buys heads on market -did not/will not contribute to BPH's coffers
-Anyone who bought Options with the view to convert -would/will make a contribution to BPH's coffers.
So on conversion of options Coy's coffers increase which increases Coy's assets which increases Head's asset backing.
