This JA decision is NOT about permitting us to drill, it is ONLY about keeping our remaining blocks. Period!
We already have authority to continue the works program if Asset sees fit and NOPTA should be advising this based on the Act.
Tick Tock WRECKER ED as the voice grows stronger each and every day to Labours inability to approve Asset keeping our remaining blocks. Should WRECKER ED not decide in our favour then we have the ability to renew instead, give back some blocks and then once/if gas is found, grab the blocks back again.
Labour is skating on thin ice here if they think they have grounds to reject an extremely simplistic part of the due process!
