Indeed... thats why Klarite has been engaged... planning and also rigs being negotiated(?) - hopefully. So U can do whatever you like... the problem - roadblock - is the JA.
Maybe - a RENEWAL application is the way to go?.. who knows...... but the JA has undertaken a lot of 'bad faith' acts with respect to PEP11 - and they should be taken to task in a court of law.
Hopefully the first comeuppance - lol - will come with the current court case.
I hope we dont abandon it at all and get them FIXED to 45 days for a FINAL decision.!!
