Flam, why don't you use that big brain of yours for the greater good and explain how the current process is able to be "parked" utilising the OPGGS Act as your point of reference? I cannot see anywhere in the OPGGS Act that says that we need to maintain a holding pattern?
The way I read the Act is we are able to move forward with activity whilst the permit is "in force"? We cannot be forced to stand still without a very good reason.
