    I partially agree with you, I think ASX:BPH can move forward with a NOPSEMA submission. The problem is, David Breeze has said he already consulted with NOPSEMA and they are unlikely to accept the application or complete the application, without first having a non-expired work program. In other words, how can NOPSEMA approve a work activity if the work program is currently expired? Regardless, I agree that a submission can be made, but it would be unprecedented, and NOPSEMA would likely just sit on it and not complete it until the NOPTA extension has completed. Additionally, it is irresponsible to use funds on a NOPSEMA application if the rug gets pulled.

    The NOPSEMA application requires you to say when you would perform the work activity... they currently have no idea when it would take place (other than what is indicated in the NOPTA application [which has not yet been approved, if ever]).

    The work program does not allow a drill in 2024/2025.
