I agree...maybe he did have the RIGHT reasons to refuse...but MK and Albo decided to jettison the court case. It would have been good for the Albo Govt to go back to court with the same reasons and test it in court.
What tells me that Scummbos reason is not 'legal' is that NO ONE has taken up that defence YET..... altho we do not know what EDs has stated. We may find out that it is the VERY same reason by Scumbo.....only uummmmm 19 months later
