I think we all know they had no valid/legal reasons to deny. but it still must be tested in court - especially IF they decide to use it again.
I can think of any legit/legal reasoning that can be used which NOPTA has not already assessed and made recommendations for. What does ED have - what rabbit is he trying to pull out of his hat???
