I suppose the question you have to ask yourself is "why are the instos/brokers/fundies holding it down?" is it for sh!ts & giggles? is it because PEP11 is a lost cause and they just want out with minimum damage? or are they accumulating in preparation of a win in the up coming court case? and why are you still holding (genuine question)?
