lets try answering those questions with FACTS from the previous Court Case (ie Scummbo):

1) how much time would the applicant take to file a court case after the refusal?:
Answer: 2 months (Refusal ASX Announcement 30/03/2022 to Court Appeal June 2 2022)

2) how much time would the next federal court case take?:
Answer: Consent Order 14th Feb 2023 (8 months)

3) if the federal court ruled in the applicant’s favor how long would it take for the joint authority to make yet another decision?
Answer: Do you truly think that if the fed court ruled in our favour AGAIN that Asset would NOT request a time limit for the JA to make a decision?? And I would expect that the Fed Court will set a time limit and maybe even give DIRECTIONS as it sees fit. (forget the fools who says Fed Court cant set a time limit...we are in court asking exactly that!!!)

So... last time from ASX announcement by BPH of REFUSAL (30/03/22) to CONSENT ORDER on 14th Feb 2023 = 11 months...
