Yes, it's tough. If you look back over these threads, NOPTA has been anticipated since September 2020. Patience is needed. In between then and now, some logical explanations have been identified as to why delays occurred but there don't seem to be any specific obstacles at this point in time. Many have their fingers crossed for a speedy end to Keith's deliberations.
