Currently our "Friend" ED is trying to destroy shareholder wealth to then only use this as a reason (the only possible reason in my opinion) to reject the extension.
The BIG problem ED will face is the FACT that shareholder wealth was up around 18c (albeit less SOI) and thus the previous government who did wrong have already destroyed shareholder wealth.
Also there is the long forgotten "the country was in the COVID affect" and also this should play a part to how this has been handled.
Taking all the above into account we have many many avenues to explore to restore what is rightfully ours.
ED Husic better be fully prepared for this!
