Discovery takes longer than 7 days.

In my cases it has been up to 30 days.

Both parties provide an affidavit of documents.
The discovery.

Meaning - emails, sms, documents, and things like photographs, maps etc in a parties pocession.

Discovery is not a critical thing, because both parties would already have most of what they need via way of subpoena.

You can start serving subpoenas almost straight away after a statement of claim is served.

The affidavit of documents basically highlights what subpoena requests missed.

If you are served a subpoena for evidence, you can not decline to provide what was requested.

I'd think asset, in there allegations, already had an idea what they needed very early on.

I think the gov will file evidence in time, as will asset.

The rest is a grey area due to Mr husics perliminerary finding and asset requiring to provide more info pertaining to that.

Ie. We have two processes running in tandem which is not ideal I feel.
