if you research the discovery process... it states that there is a minimum 14 day period for discovery to be complied with... So my understanding would be that - in our case - the discovery is NOT essential for Asset to submit their evidence.
I thank you for the info... it is enlightening.
With regards to the two processes... the Court trumps JEDA.......altho IMO they are NOT related. JEDA has requested more info.... we are requesting the Court to order a time limit for the decision to be made - including any further info requests.
