Also.... JEDA has NOT decided..... JEDA states it himself that it is Preliminary View..... he is asking Asset to submit more info..
Once Asset submits - JEDA might then say I have decided.....
Right now it is still in the netherworld of grey fog...... nothing has changed except the Court has finally made JEDA to ACT.... lets keep the acting going JEDA....
keep the Courts involved and hopefully the court can issue orders if and when necessary
