To gauge the room here...
What are peoples thoughts on getting an update regarding potential legal proceedings or other the use of other avenues? I would assume "the review" would take 2-3 weeks if every and hope they would release something by next week keep momentum up. I don't think they would just sit on their hands for another 1-2 months.
I know the current govt said they will finish a review by end of November however would BPH energy wait for that outcome or would they want to proceed much faster... Love to hear other peoples ideas. > announcement next week or wait until end of November?
