IMO i think BPHOA is done and dusted...for now. I think the matter will be in the hands of the court case followed by a class action afterwards if BPH win and prove that the governments neglect was the cause for the delay and loss of money unfairly.
Choosing to hold an share with an expiry was always a worse off punt should something happen.
