Is there a copy that is available to see NOPTA approval @Fugasi?
I do believe that the gov was backed into a corner to let go to not fight this in court for what scomo did. But i still believe its a 50/50 bet on this one massive risk but outstanding reward if it gets approval. I had 3mil shares before scomo started making those shit comments about pep11 and luckily sold my holdings just over break even price.
Just depends how much your willing to risk and how much of a punter you are.
