except you aren't reopening a producing gas field are you? its a speculative maybe. And last time was a duster. I don't think treasury is pencilling in revenue from PEP11 in their budget calcs. do you?
a spec gas field is not that compelling for them i would have thought.
but again if its approved then the upside is very large and the reason for that is at the moment the market is not reflecting an easy approval and thats easily seen in the Share price.
