As I said over on BUY, why can't the government just approve this exploration drill (just to see if there is gas there) and then deny the actual drill application when it comes around thereby abiding by law for this application and keeping Advent and shareholders off their back PLUS then later saying to public "relaxxxxx it's just an exploration drill, we will decline the actual drill to save the whales and surfers" **
This I don't understand why they are not using as a tactic.
