I liked BUY more because of the 4 well program they had planned with Coastal Oil however that project appears dead & to raise the capital required would cause severe dilution, IMO BUY really needs the SP kick from an approval of PEP11 to progress.
BPH have $$ in the bank, so worst case PEP11 isn’t approved they have the ability to farm into something else to raise shareholder value as well as Cortical Dynamics.
Either way, surely we are due for an update on PEP11
