Some refer to gut feelings. Mine's that this has always had a working timeline attached. Not set in concrete but certainly frameworked.
Id even go as far as to think all Minister King need do is nudge her personal assistant to give a wink to the coffee delivery guy to NOPTA and amazingly NEATS would move along.
Still favour end of June for approval or near to end of the sitting parliament... so working backwards re NOPTA.. maybe 2-3 weeks.
But in reality only a few know.... only time will tell
