What you heard was commentary about the NSW Government debating legislation to ban bringing gas to shore. One NSW politician in particular is making very inaccurate statements using terms like "Ban PEP11" which the NSW Government cannot do. It's petty NSW politics and a non-issue for Advent IMO.
