Albo is distancing himself from the decision, stating the decsion will be based on Law, not politics.
Easy for Albo.
The decision was the PEP-11 should be approved, according to due process and the Law.
Nothing has changed in terms fo the law.
What has changed is
The price of gas
Increased shortages, threatening business viability and addoing to the already veru high cost of living
No visible resistance thsi time around - from anywhere !!!!!!!
PEP-11 will move from "under assessment" to "Joint authority for decision" in the coming weeks.
On the 16/10/2023. the first Monday, following the referendum, the media will be a wash with all opinion on why the referendum failed in such a spectacular manner. What an opportune time to move form "UA" to "JA for decision". This would not be a plotical move, but a very strategic one.
All I know for certain, is that next week will be last opportunity to get in at ground level prices
