1) We have a multi trillion cubic feet potential gas field required now more than ever since bass straight field is being drained.

2) Shortage of gas supplies in Australia and Overseas further to this gas highlighted as a transitional fuel for renewables

3) process has been and gone to court ruled in the favour of BPH/Asset Energy due to apprehended bias.

Key outlines
1) Application is under assessment by NOPTA
3) NOPTA likely to recommend approval
4) Joint Authority is next for approval (consisting of NSW minister C.Houssos and Federal Minister King who has the final say in the project)
5) Once above is approved there will be multiples in the SP. From there BPH is to look for securing rig availability for Q1 2024 for the drill.
6) Find gas and we will be talking dollar figures $$
