Without the incident with Scomo, I would wholeheartedly agree with you, but the dingus inadvertently gave us a gift in setting a legal precedent where a decision maker cannot deny an application based on his personal feelings, which should be common sense, but we have a strong legal basis for it now. So for the current Government to deny it, it has to be on strong legal or objective grounds, which I'm sure they don't have, but I could be wrong.

I believe everything is lining up so far for this application to be approved, it's just a question of when, and that is really the only weapon they have left against us: the ability to kick the can down the road, which has its limitations. We live in a world/reality where common sense does eventually prevail, it's just a matter of timeframes.
